About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at HandleBar Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our menu items are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets our high standards.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with our front-of-house staff to ensure that our customers receive excellent service.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role.
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma is required, but a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are essential.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the kitchen, but we welcome applications from candidates who are fluent in other languages.
