About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Mexican Fiesta Food Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase the flavors and ingredients of Mexican cuisine.

Culinary Leadership

Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory and supplies to maintain efficient kitchen operations.

Food Safety and Quality

Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and healthy environment.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.

Work Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Work Setting

Central food commissary or catering firm experience is preferred.

Physical Demands

Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
