Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training programs to support the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs, including online modules, workshops, and individual training sessions.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including instructional manuals, user guides, and videos.
  • Conduct evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide support to product teams and subject matter experts to ensure successful product launches.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to develop and execute effective communications and change management plans.
  • Support the development of engagement strategies and plans to support technology, training, and deployment activities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify, document, manage, and resolve issues and risks identified.
Requirements
  • Minimum two (2) years' experience as a trainer, corporate training analyst, or related position.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption through change management methodologies, communication, and education.
  • Proven communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including expertise in technical writing.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and independently drive progress.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with BC Health Authorities.
  • Certification from a training association is an asset.
  • Degree/Diploma in Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of hospital/clinical systems, care delivery processes, clinical roles, policies, and standards preferably gained in the PHSA, PHC, or VCH environment.
  • Strong demonstrated experience in developing and implementing clinical change management and communications plans.
