About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscaper to join our team at Meriten Construction LTD. As a key member of our outdoor spaces team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing beautiful and functional outdoor spaces for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Planning
    • Develop and implement landscape designs that meet client needs and preferences
    • Plan and coordinate the growth and use of plants for landscaping, ornamental uses, and other purposes
  • Site Preparation and Maintenance
    • Survey and assess designated sites to determine the best course of action for landscaping
    • Apply various treatments such as pruning, spraying, repairing damaged areas, and injecting with treatment solutions
    • Assess the health of lawns and examine trees and shrubs to diagnose problems and disease
    • Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens
  • Client Communication and Support
    • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
    • Provide guidance and support to clients on landscape maintenance and care
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires working on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
  • Language
    • English is the primary language of communication
