About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Flooring Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Respond to and process customer orders, quote requests, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures when entering sales orders.
  • Provide expert-level information and recommendations on our product offerings, including flooring solutions.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives for further development and closure.
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.
  • Deal with customer complaints and issues in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Provide clear instructions to customers on product pickup and handling.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, showroom, and display areas.
  • Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change.
  • Process payments on accounts and file necessary paperwork.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service and/or inside sales role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a customer-first mentality.
  • Proficient in a Windows computer environment.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with effective time management skills.
  • Highly motivated and committed with a desire to succeed.
