About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at GTD VAPOR INTERNATIONAL LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, market analysis, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, Train, Direct, and Motivate Staff: Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage Contracts: Negotiate and manage contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Market Business Services: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our business services and increase brand awareness.
  • Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures: Create and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and minimize costs.
  • Advise Clients on Advertising or Sales Promotion Strategies: Provide expert advice to clients on effective advertising and sales promotion strategies to achieve their business goals.
  • Assist in the Preparation of Brochures, Reports, Newsletters, and Other Material: Support the creation of marketing materials to promote our business services.
  • Maintain and Manage Digital Database: Develop and maintain a digital database to track customer interactions and preferences.
  • Consult with Clients after Sale to Provide Ongoing Support: Offer ongoing support to clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
