About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at 2601804 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our administrative support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Policies and Procedures: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication with our team, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and supporting the growth and success of our organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
