Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Swiss Chalet Motel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient front desk operations.
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest services, including check-in, check-out, and resolving guest complaints.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train front desk staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on front desk operations, guest feedback, and staff performance.
- Materials and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain efficient front desk operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
The Hotel Front Desk Supervisor will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, with frequent interactions with guests, staff, and other departments. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a dynamic environment.
