Hotel Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Grizz Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room assignments, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration and Room Assignments: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure accurate room inventory.
- Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Guest Services: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments; assist clients/guests with special needs; and contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
