Job Summary

This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, loading, and shipping products to customers and replenishing inventory stock as established by policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Picking and Fulfillment: Select and gather products from warehouse shelves and stockroom locations to fulfill customer orders.
  • Packing and Shipping: Accurately pack and label products for shipment to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish inventory stock as needed, maintaining accurate records and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to achieve daily and weekly goals, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and procedures, as well as work varying shifts and overtime as needed.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, carry, bend, stretch, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Technology Skills: Proficiency in using RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability and Punctuality: Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
  • Certifications and Training: Current forklift certification and/or ability to become certified within a 30-day period on low-level machinery, reach truck, order picker, or other power industrial equipment.
