Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant Position in a Dynamic Office Environment

As a key member of the BFL Canada team, you will provide administrative and bookkeeping support to our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Process and manage invoices for various projects.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, events, and other organizational activities.
  • Maintain organized files and ensure confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff on strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Attend and document Board meetings, ensuring accurate minutes and follow-up actions.
  • Manage document management systems and CRM software.
  • Assist with various projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping and administration.
  • Diploma in Administration or Accounting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management and flexibility.
