Administrative Assistant Position in a Dynamic Environment

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, handle mail and packages, and manage office supplies.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, clients, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and logistics.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the front desk area and surrounding offices.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and events, such as office meetings, training sessions, and company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

The ideal Administrative Assistant should possess:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with SAPB1 ERP system is an asset.
