Job Summary
TOTEM Recruteur de talent is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client's administrative functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication Management: Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and update relevant data.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Bureau du Syndic, including opening and maintaining files, and conducting follow-ups with the public or members as needed.
- Document Management: Create and maintain documents and statistics for annual reports and board meetings.
- Compliance: Act as a commissioner for oaths and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: DEC in Administration, Bureaucracy, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language Skills: Excellent French language skills, both written and verbal; intermediate English language skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word.
Personal Qualities
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated.
