  • Supervise and guide staff involved in records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
  • Oversee corporate governance and ensure compliance with regulatory procedures.
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff development.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Maintain and organize inventory efficiently.
  • Supervise office and volunteer personnel.
