Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years in a related field.
- Willingness to relocate is necessary.
- Relocation costs will not be covered by the employer.
- Coordinate administrative services to ensure smooth operations.
- Collect and accurately record administrative and service fees.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
- Conduct research to support administrative functions.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Supervise and guide staff involved in records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory procedures.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and briefs for management committees regarding administrative services.
- Maintain an organized inventory system.
- Oversee office and volunteer staff to ensure productivity.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Basic security clearance is required.
- Public transportation options are available.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

- Manage a large caseload and workload effectively.
