- Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a similar role.
- Willingness to relocate is necessary.

- Coordinate administrative functions and services.
- Collect and document administrative and service fees.
- Assist in the formulation of annual budgets.
- Conduct relevant research as needed.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations.
- Supervise and guide staff involved in records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory standards.

- Proficient in MS Office applications.
