Records Management Specialist

- Draft and review correspondence, forms, and various documents
- Handle and direct telephone or electronic inquiries
- Compile reports from both manual and electronic records, inventories, and databases
- Organize, process, and validate applications, receipts, and other documentation
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail through manual or electronic means
- Prepare and structure document presentations
- Offer general information to clients and the public
- Photocopy and assemble documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Organize materials in storage areas
- Label files in accordance with retention and disposal policies
- Retrieve and remove requested files
- Perform clerical tasks, including maintaining filing and record systemsTechnical Skills
- Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and MS WindowsSpecialization Areas
- Reports, forms and records, financial statements, charts, tables, graphs, and correspondenceSecurity Requirements
