Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Jai Ganesh and Jalaram Inc. as an Office Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Work Environment

Our office is located in a convenient location with public transportation available. The work environment is fast-paced and requires strong organizational skills.
