Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Jai Ganesh and Jalaram Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing operating budgets.
  • Procedure Implementation: Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Team Leadership: Delegate work to office support staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of office procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
