Job Title: Sr. SMB PC Specialist

As a Sr. SMB PC Specialist at Lenovo, you will play a key role in selling our portfolio of award-winning products and services to clients in the small to medium business space. Your core focus will be on our IDG (Intelligent Device Group), which houses our PC and Smart Devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute complex sales strategies to meet both short-term and long-term goals, objectives, and quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide exceptional sales and operational customer service, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support.
  • Work closely with corporate initiatives, including weekly forecast and opportunity management, to drive high-performance goals.
  • Travel up to 5-10% of the time to meet with clients and partners.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of professional inside or outside sales experience in a technology field or IT industry.
  • Strong English/French writing and communication skills.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Self-confident, initiative-taking, assertive, and positive attitude.
  • Acquisition selling skills and relationship building mindset.
  • Ability to plan strategically, grow sales, and improve profitability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Executive presentation skills on hardware and services portfolios.

This role will work a hybrid schedule out of our Montreal office, with three days on-site and two days work-from-home. Additional locations include Canada, Quebec, and Montreal.
