Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to join our team at Taco Bell. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and employees.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they meet their performance expectations.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, combining sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees, promoting a welcoming work environment.
  • Support for Youths: Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth, providing opportunities for growth and development.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination, offering mentorship programs and diversity training to create a welcoming work environment.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
