Job Summary

DHANPRAPTI INC. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and compliance.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules to meet business needs, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a food service establishment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. Physical demands include bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking. Attention to detail is essential in this role.
