Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at County Style Coffee. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized workspace, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a food service or retail environment is an asset.
  • Personal Qualities: Reliability, team player, and a positive attitude.
