As a Store Manager at Dwyer Hospitality, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our flagship corporate-run QSR. This includes supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Key Performance Indicators

  1. Manage staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  4. Train and mentor staff on food handling, service standards, and operational procedures.
  5. Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Previous experience in a managerial role within the food service industry.
  2. Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
  3. Strong understanding of food safety protocols and regulations.
  4. Proven track record in supervising and motivating a team to deliver outstanding service.
  5. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and staff.

Work Schedule

Education and Experience
