Senior Software Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Manager to join our team at Boston Scientific Gruppe. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-performance medical device software.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to the team in software architecture and best-in-class software development methodologies and practices.
- Software Development: Architect, design, develop, and release innovative high-performance medical device software.
- Scrum Master: Organize and facilitate all scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaboration: Partner with other teams including marketing, systems engineering, QA, hardware, and regulatory to understand requirements and bring the best solutions forward.
- Certified Scrum Master: Previous experience in a scrum master role.
- Technical Expertise: Strong CS background, preferably BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Expertise in C++, Linux, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Leadership: Demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
- Medical Device Software: Strong experience with architecting, designing, and implementing medical device software.
- Embedded Systems: Experience writing software for embedded systems that interface with sensors.
- Network Protocols: Strong experience with the development of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, OpenSSL) and cybersecurity.
