About the Role:

Boston Scientific Gruppe is seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer III - Electrophysiology Specialist to join our dynamic development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and releasing innovative high-performance medical device software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-performance medical device software using C++, OpenGL, GLSL, OpenCL, Qt, and Linux.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, systems engineering, QA, hardware, and regulatory, to understand requirements and deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and implement network protocols (TCP/IP, OpenSSL) and ensure compliance with quality processes and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain software documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 0-4 years of relevant work experience with a Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience with embedded systems and medical device connectivity.
  • Expertise in C++, Linux, and software development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
