Reception Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Clerk to join our team at AXI Education. As a Reception Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to the relevant contacts or service areas, and provide basic information as needed.
- Clerical Duties: Perform tasks such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
- Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Word and other software to support administrative tasks.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring excellent oral communication skills.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience: Possess 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and administrative tasks.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
