Reception Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Clerk to join our team at BFS AUTO REPAIR LTD. in a full-time permanent position.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing clients and visitors to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Providing Information to clients and the public, including answering questions and resolving inquiries.
- Office Administration tasks, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and performing data entry.
- Scheduling and Confirming appointments and meetings.
- Financial Transactions, including receiving and issuing payments, and calculating billing charges.
- Customer Service and support, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Basic Bookkeeping tasks, such as maintaining financial records and performing reconciliations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
The Reception Clerk will work in a general office setting, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
