About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Clerk to join our team at Tapit Canada Inc. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and the public.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
  • Administrative Support: Order office supplies, record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain work records and logs.
  • Financial Transactions: Calculate billing charges and send invoices.
  • Language Proficiency: Work in English.
  • Work Schedule: Work 30 to 40 hours per week.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset, or equivalent experience.
