We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Clerk to join our team at AXI Education. As a Reception Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing: Greet people and direct them to the relevant contacts or service areas.
- Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
- Telecommunications: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant parties.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Word and other relevant software applications.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a dynamic and organized manner, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
