Position Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the retail location. This role is pivotal in attracting, guiding, and nurturing Team Members to achieve significant business outcomes while ensuring a consistent in-store experience that aligns with our commitment to community service and global wellness.

Key Responsibilities
As a Store Manager, you will:

  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor Team Members dedicated to fostering financial wellness in retail.
  • Develop and retain top talent by utilizing their unique skills and expertise.
  • Facilitate development and succession planning across all team levels.
  • Administer performance reviews, set objectives, and provide ongoing feedback to direct reports.
  • Establish effective communication practices, including team meetings and regular updates.
  • Create strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Achieve key performance indicators such as revenue growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to enhance store performance.
  • Ensure Team Members possess the necessary product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to elevate the customer experience.
  • Promote a culture of exceptional customer service and wellness.
