About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Leader to join our team at Winners. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a high level of store presentation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase customer loyalty.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Collaborate with district managers and other store leaders to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business or retail management.
