Job Overview:

The Store Lead plays a crucial role in assisting the Store Leadership Team by managing cash operations, executing opening and closing procedures, and serving as the Leader on Duty (LOD). This position embodies the brand's values, operates with professionalism, engages with customers, upholds store standards, and fosters teamwork and employee growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:

Facilitate talent development through associate training, including real-time coaching sessions. Collaborate with the Store Manager to address performance issues with associates. Actively support and engage in all company training and development programs. Cultivate a positive workplace atmosphere and provide timely, constructive feedback. Evaluate performance and deliver appropriate feedback regularly and during annual reviews. Inspire and motivate associates to foster brand loyalty and create a welcoming store environment for all customers. Exemplify and promote outstanding customer service behaviors on the sales floor while maintaining high standards throughout the store and ensuring brand integrity. Represent the company in a professional and positive light. Assist the management team in maximizing productivity through operational knowledge, customer service, and participation in key store initiatives. Engage in the Leader on Duty (LOD) program by providing an exceptional shopping experience and driving store profitability while managing payroll effectively. Process payroll on a weekly basis. Adjust schedules according to business needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom, adhering to established policies. Ensure compliance with Environment (CRE) Standards & Safety requirements.

Education and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of prior retail experience. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Excellent time management and planning skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Quick to adapt to and learn internal systems. Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet business needs. Physically capable of maneuvering on the sales floor and in the stockroom; able to climb ladders and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
