Position Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience in a retail setting.
Work Environment

This position is based in a retail service establishment, where you will be responsible for managing a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks and assign duties to sales personnel to optimize workflow.
  • Authorize payment transactions, including cheque payments.
  • Manage inventory by ordering merchandise as needed.
  • Develop and implement work schedules for staff.
  • Engage in direct sales activities to promote merchandise.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain issues.
  • Organize and maintain stock levels to ensure efficient operations.
