Position Overview:
The role of the PC Express Operations Leader is pivotal in overseeing the Personal Shopper team and enhancing the in-store experience of our PC Express program. This includes managing customer interactions and handling point-of-sale transactions while ensuring a strong emphasis on delivering outstanding customer service.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a friendly and effective manner to uphold our reputation for personalized experiences.
- Gain insights into best practices related to PC Express Operations.
- Maintain operational standards and ensure accountability for departmental financial goals.
- Collaborate with team members to boost productivity, engagement, and retention.
- Identify strategies to minimize customer wait times during order pickups.
- Oversee scheduling, supervision, and training of department staff, including disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Manage the opening and closing procedures of the department.
- Ensure equipment maintenance and uphold safety and sanitation standards in compliance with company policies.
- Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, fostering courteous relations at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional skills in customer service and a knack for fostering customer loyalty.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire team members.
- Strong financial understanding to achieve outstanding business outcomes.
- Commitment to delivering consistent results on a daily basis.
- Previous experience in retail, grocery retail, or hospitality management is advantageous.
