Job Description

Emplois iRecrutement is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Finance Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy and ensuring the effective management of our financial resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to support the company's growth and profitability objectives.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the company's financial operations, including cash flow management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Internal and External Audits: Ensure compliance with accounting and tax standards, and oversee internal and external audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in the development of the company's strategic plans, providing financial analyses and recommendations to support business growth and expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance and IT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in finance, accounting, management, or a related field, and a CPA designation.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or CDMO services sector.
  • Skills: Excellent understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial management practices, as well as experience with SAP software.
Language Requirements

Excellent proficiency in spoken and written French and English (90% communications with clients and suppliers).
