Position Overview

  • Maintain a comprehensive log of issues and resolutions for reference by other support analysts.
  • Prepare equipment for employee usage, ensuring proper installation of necessary cables, operating systems, and software.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all users.
Technical Proficiencies
  • Familiarity with Android and MAC operating systems.
  • Proficient in database software.
  • Knowledge of Mac OS, MS Office, MS Windows, and SQL.
