Job Summary

Challenger Security Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our security services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, ensuring the efficient use of resources, and providing technical guidance to security personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Activities

Develop and implement schedules to ensure seamless operation of security services, including coordinating with other departments to achieve common goals.

Technical Guidance and Support

Provide expert advice and guidance to security personnel on procedures, policies, and best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Resource Management

Oversee the efficient use of security resources, including personnel, equipment, and supplies, to minimize waste and maximize productivity.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare and submit regular reports on security operations, including progress updates, incident reports, and recommendations for improvement.

Staff Development and Training

Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of security personnel, ensuring they are equipped to handle complex situations and provide exceptional service.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role, with a strong background in supervision and coordination.

Language

Fluent in English
