Job Summary
Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Security Specialist to join our team. As a Mobile Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of safety and security within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Mobile Field Supervisors by assisting with the training of new officers, fleet maintenance, and offering valuable site information.
- Supervise and guide Officers, support special coverages, and ensure efficient branch operations after hours.
- Respond to alarm & emergency dispatches, and respond to officers requiring assistance.
- Ensure that all mobile security operations are organized, conducted appropriately, and that the policies and objectives of Paladin's management are carried out accordingly.
Requirements
- Unrestricted Class 5 Driver's License OR 7N Driver's License
- 3-year Drivers Abstract
- Strong knowledge of Kamloops and the surrounding areas
- Confident driving in a variety of road conditions
- Professionalism and strong customer service skills
- Effective communication with clients, emergency personnel, and the public
- Multitasking, working under pressure, and making sound decisions in emergencies
- Following written and verbal instructions, including writing comprehensive reports
- Maintaining patrol records accurately
- Handling confidential information with a high degree of discretion
