Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination

Coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure efficient coverage of our facilities.

Equipment Maintenance

Ensure that all security equipment and machinery are in good working order and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare and submit regular reports on security incidents, trends, and recommendations for improvement.

Staff Development

Train and mentor security personnel on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

Materials and Supplies

Procure and manage the inventory of security-related materials and supplies.

Problem-Solving and Technical Advice

Provide technical guidance and support to security personnel to resolve work-related problems and improve productivity.

Workforce Management

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
