We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Mobile Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of safety and security within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to Mobile Field Supervisors by assisting with training, fleet maintenance, and site information.
  • Supervise and guide Officers, support special coverages, and ensure efficient branch operations after hours.
  • Respond to emergencies and take command of situations until a Paladin Supervisor or Manager can attend.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned by the Mobile Field Supervisor and Manager.
Requirements
  • Unrestricted Class 5 Driver's License
  • Strong knowledge of Kamloops and surrounding areas
  • Confident driving in various road conditions
  • Professionalism and strong customer service skills
  • Effective communication with clients, emergency personnel, and the public
  • Multitasking, working under pressure, and making sound decisions in emergencies
  • Following written and verbal instructions, including writing comprehensive reports
  • Maintaining patrol records accurately
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
