Job Summary

Challenger Security Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our security team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our security equipment and machinery, as well as coordinating activities with other departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate Activities: Work with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of security-related activities.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of security equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on security operations, including incident reports and performance metrics.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support security operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work-related problems, and provide technical advice and guidance to security personnel.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, and provide training and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
