Job Title: Security Supervisor

Challenger Security Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our security services and overseeing the activities of our security personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of our security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate Activities: Work with other departments and units to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our security personnel, and provide training and guidance as needed.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
