Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for promptly responding to inbound sales inquiries, leading new customers through the initial setup and implementation of our products or services, and clearly articulating the value proposition of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promptly respond to inbound sales inquiries, serving as the primary point of contact for new customers.
  • Lead new customers through the initial setup and implementation of our products or services.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to communicate features effectively and benefits.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all activities in our CRM system.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality and campaign performance.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in sales or customer service, with a strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting clear and effective messages.
  • A tenacious attitude with the resilience to handle frustration and maintain a positive outlook when engaging with new customers.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of calls and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using or learning CRM systems and sales automation tools to maximize efficiency.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
  • Motivated by exceeding targets, with a proven track record of consistently over-achieving quotas.
  • Ability to analyze data to track the effectiveness of outreach efforts and make necessary adjustments.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
