Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Outright Consulting. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales in office and on the road, understanding customers' product and business requirements, and developing strategies for further development of sales with existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to identify sales opportunities and build strong relationships
  • Understand customers' product and business requirements and translate their needs into sales opportunities
  • Assist in developing strategies for further development of sales with existing and potential clients
  • Provide technical leadership to help prospective customers understand the benefits and advantages of our products
  • Accountable for defined customer relations with detailed budgets and objectives
  • Review all final estimate packages to ensure accuracy and completeness, prior to formal quotation
Requirements
  • Post-secondary diploma in a technology and/or Engineering degree would be an asset
  • Five years of sales experience in a construction materials environment or significant concrete technical experience and knowledge is required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the overall sales/operations
  • Strong communication skills; written, verbal, listening and presenting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, comfortable working with a computer, answering and sending emails
  • Thrive working in a team-based environment while independently developing a new customer base
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
