We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Houseperson. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guest rooms and public spaces are well-equipped and welcoming for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service by consistently offering professional, friendly, and engaging interactions
  • Ensure that Housekeeping departmental standards are met and maintained
  • Assist Room Attendants in preparing guest rooms efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain inventory in Housekeeping closets and report any discrepancies
  • Respond promptly to guests' special requests for miscellaneous items
  • Collect dirty linen, garbage, and recyclables from Room Attendants' carts and closets
  • Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning tasks as required
  • Follow departmental policies and procedures
  • Report any necessary maintenance items to the maintenance team
  • Be available to work overnight shifts as required

Requirements:

  • Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimal supervision
  • Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming

  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift
