Operations and Administrative Coordinator

Position Summary:
Hire Standard is assisting Aqua Systems 2000 in finding a qualified individual for the role of:
Operations and Administrative Coordinator
This pivotal role will enhance the organization and efficiency of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage phone and in-person reception duties
- Oversee inventory control
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of materials
- Handle ordering of supplies, including tracking and documenting progress
- Administer safety program documentation
- Conduct document management and data entry tasks
- Evaluate existing processes and develop a comprehensive procedure and policy manual
- Occasionally deliver materials to various sites
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Adaptable and responsive to changing needs
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
- Able to organize and establish processes for information management
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and positive demeanor
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office Suite; experience with SharePoint is a plus
- Possesses a valid Class 5 Driver's License and can provide a clean driving record

- Competitive hourly wage: $22-25, based on experience
