- Operational Management: Oversee the management of hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Financial Management: Manage the hotel's budget, forecast revenue, and control expenses to ensure profitability.
- Human Resources: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, responding to feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Compliance: Ensure that the hotel operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior hospitality management role, preferably in a similar hotel environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in hotel management software.
