Staff Management

Customer Service

Ensure that all guests receive a high level of service, including responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Financial Management

Manage the hotel's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Marketing and Sales

Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.

Event Management

Manage events and functions, including weddings, conferences, and other special events.

Quality Assurance

Monitor and improve the quality of our services and facilities to ensure that they meet the highest standards.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a hotel management role

Language

English

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week
