Customer Service

Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, including responding to complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Financial Management

Manage the financial aspects of our hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Marketing and Promotion

Develop and implement marketing plans to promote our hotel and attract new customers.

Event Management

Manage events and functions at our hotel, including weddings, conferences, and other special events.

Work Schedule and Hours

Establish and manage work schedules and hours to ensure that our hotel is staffed appropriately at all times.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a hotel management role.

Language

English.

Work Term

Permanent.

Hours

30 to 40 hours per week.
